All our customers are trained at our Training Centre FREE OF CHARGE. At SEC, Nasik customers are trained for their applications till the time they feel confident. There is no fixed time period for training. Not only that, we also train customers free of charge, even after expiry of warrantee period. Intention is customer understand the features of the machine and be able to utilize it to the maximum possible extent.
We also supply a spare set of Motion Controller Cards FREE with the machine which brings the machine downtime to just a few minutes. The faulty cards are then repaired and sent back to client as backup again.
